Q; What happens to my credit card and address information?
A: Your information is used ONLY to process your order. Your information is never sold,traded or given to anyone. After your order is processed and shipped your information is deleted and is NOT keep on file.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
A: We normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. At times there may be a delay beyond our control and you will be notified via e-mail as to the nature of the delay and expected shipping date.
Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We will gladly exchange the product or refund the item price, less shipping charges, if it is returned to us in the original packaging. We require that you contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the item.
